Project Goal

Hollywood Feed is named number one in the pet care category for Newsweek’s list of America’s Best Retailers for 2022. 

Hollywood Feed has experienced significant success, which began from very humble beginnings. What started 16 years ago with just three stores has now turned into 180 locations throughout the United States.

They came to Sam Coates because they wanted their private podcast series on the stories, experiences, and principles told through the eyes of long-time associates on what has made their company so successful. Also, what they must continue to do if they will continue to lead the retail pet market.

Solution

For this podcast serires, we started with extensive planning and research, which included an internal employee survey performed to gain insights on how best to craft the podcast. We then captured video and audio content at the corporate office and through Zoom interviews with founders, associates, and investors.
